I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a few drawbacks. The rooms were a bit warm but very comfortable, and I loved the large balcony with comfy seating. It would be great if they could update the infrastructure and provide basic amenities like shampoos and conditioners.

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were not only clean and neat but also provided a fantastic view and even had a balcony where I could hear the cowbells as the cows grazed in the valley. The amenities like the fridge, microwave, and complimentary coffee, tea, or fresh drinks were basic for the cost. The attentive and fun service, especially from the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, made my experience even better.

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were fantastic, with a corner room upgrade that gave me extra windows and a balcony, and everything was neat and clean. The location couldn't have been better, close to iconic landmarks like Schilthorn and Interlaken, and right across from a beautiful waterfall.
